How do I coach?

I am particularly straight-forward type of personality. If I think that your current relationship is toxic – I will be the first one to tell you. I base my coaching on a common sense, reasoning and discussion, where I ask my client variety of questions and try to help him or her to come up with their own conclusions. I try to help you to look at your life like you would be looking at the life of someone else, from a different angle and perspective.

I also give homework. I want you to work with yourself not only during those 60 minutes of our talk, but also in everyday life. If you tell me you have a big dream of learning Spanish but never have time to do it – you better don’t come to next session without downloading Duolingo and greeting me in Spanish.

I believe that being nice, but also a bit pushy actually delivers the best results. I am strict, but also fair.

Who are my clients?

I coach people who want to describe their life as more than just fine. My current client list includes a variety of people from different backgrounds. I have helped financial traders to find their potential, entrepreneurs who have been still embracing their power to change the world, CEOs without time to figure out their life goals or relationships, professionals with jobs below their strengths, and even people who have been struggling with their romantic relationships.

Many of my clients have seen an immediate improvement after the first session. Typically, in 3-6 months most clients are good to go. Of course, as goals expand, clients often come back in the months and years that follow.

Do I coach everyone?

I only work with emotionally healthy people. The same way a trainer won’t get too far with a client who has a gaping wound and needs stitches, I can’t get far with you if something from your past is holding you back, which you need therapy to tackle. In addition, you deserve the best coaching-fit relationship. Either of us can end coaching at any time.

Coaching is like personal training. Therapy is like medicine. If you have a wound, you need stitches. And if you have an emotional wound, you need therapy. If you are emotionally healthy, I can coach you.

So how does coaching work?

It’s very simple – my first coaching session is free and it is done over the phone/video call. As I mentioned above, during this call you can learn more about me and I can learn more about you.

If you choose to work with me, we will do the first and most important step, as we will set up concrete goals that you want to achieve. Then, during the later sessions we will create an action plan how you are going to achieve a particular goal with to-do lists and milestones.

Don’t worry, if, for example, you don’t know what exactly you want in your life. Finding a new purpose can be a great goal to achieve!

After the goal is made, I will help you to stay on the right track. During this process, we will work together in order to evaluate how effective our particular plan is and how you are handling everything. This way can actually help see what kind of benefit I provided and what kind of progress you are making.

Ways I can coach you
Tête-à-tête meeting (London)

I can meet a client for a personal meeting in the city or come to your company's office. I prefer to meet in less formal environment, as this helps to make the person feel more conformable. Sometimes, even a walk in the park during the session can ease the tension and provide better results. Personal session duration - 60 mins or 90mins.

Video or voice call via preferred app

If you are not based in London, but would like to work with me - I am more than happy to coach you via Skype/Whatsapp or any other video/call app that you prefer. This is perfect for those, who live in less urban areas or simply don't like the coaches that are in their city. Personal session duration is 30, 50 or 90 mins.

Anonymous coaching preferred way.

I know that sometimes it's hard to be completely open and show yourself, so I am perfectly comfortable to work with someone who wants to remain anonymous. Our sessions can be held via phone call, emails or even text messaging - whatever it takes to make someone feel comfortable and help them to grow. I can receive payments in Bitcoins.
